Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, and InterLink. As the Sr. Application Engineer, you will guide technical service teams in sales technical support for Commercial Refrigeration, which includes commissioning, installation, testing and providing maintenance services to customers. You will be trusted to apply the Heatcraft product portfolio to meet customers' needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Deliver customer technical support in the setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating of products.
Train the sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.
Provide customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications.
Ideal candidate can be located anywhere in state of California
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years related experience.
Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
Expert knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
Knowledge of custom control programming.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to use Microsoft Office.
