Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Kysor/Warren and InterLink.
Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
This position will provide direct support to the Worldwide Refrigeration executive team at our Corporate headquarters in Richardson, TX. This position will require an in-depth understanding of company policies and procedures including on-line or computer-based tools.
Duties include a wide range of clerical and administrative duties such as:
Coordinating travel arrangements
Internal and external executive meetings
Event and remote meeting planning
Preparation of communications (e.g., presentations, routine correspondence, etc.)
Communicating to, and sharing information with, global internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented and an effective problem solver
This position requires familiarity with international time zones, and flexibility in prioritizing.
High school graduate or equivalent
7+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant supporting a large, corporate department.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), SharePoint, Concur and ability to learn new systems are required.
Ability to execute with limited supervision; autonomous and self-driven; able to suggest changes to processes or tools.
Ability and interest in learning and implementing new processes, new tools, new activities.
Able to address new and/or changing situations professionally.
Excellent ethics and integrity; demonstrated ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in order to foster interaction with all levels of the organization.
Excellent follow-through skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environment.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are key.
