Job Description

  • Coordinate with technology partners and customer service partners to resolve customer issues (close feedback loop with customer)

  • Supports and maintains a Product Backlog for eCommerce for LennoxPros improvements

  • Works with IT and business stakeholders to groom the product backlog and schedule enhancements and fixes for release

  • Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating and organizing stakeholders, developing testing procedures, coordinating logistics and reporting of UAT activities

  • Manages and support and feedback inbox, community blog, collaborates with internal business units to respond to customers and recommends and implements improvements to SOP’s

  • Assist Lennox Stores and Promotions team with set-up and testing for new store launches and new promotions set-up

  • Manage Marketing team source document repository, develop and perform audit functions

  • Develop and coordinate with business representatives to build and execute release/project communication plans

  • Develop a working knowledge of the ecommerce system and serve as a primary SME for the Marketing organization

  • Collaborate with customers in collecting feedback data and logging

  • Build and distribute D/W/M ecommerce site sales and statistics reports

  • Own and manage UAT for ecommerce website such as developing kick-off materials, coordinating testers, monitoring script execution through daily check-point meeting and daily reporting. Provide input into Go No Go decisions

  • Support the launch of strategic ecommerce and DX programs

  • Collaborate with eCommerce Omni-Channel Product Manager in the management and execution of project tasks i.e., releases, projects, programs and portfolio management


  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience

  • Requires knowledge of marketing best practices

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies

  • Must have experience on executing technology projects or products on widely different scales
