The Marketing Analytics Analyst requires a multidisciplinary approach to technology, business, and marketing applied together to unlock insights hidden within our data. You will help breakdown business challenges into data-driven problems that guide performance. You will create data visualizations and give presentations that will help key stakeholders in the decision making process.
Develop complex interactive/dynamic dashboards with tools like Qlik
Solicit business requirements from internal and external customer stakeholders
Understand business requirements very clearly then translate and use complex data sources that need to be blended and joined to delivery efficient and quality dashboards
Be involved in all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design and implementation
Responsible for maintaining consistency across multiple dashboards
Responsible for optimizing user experience
Create interactive dashboards and self-service tools to assist key stakeholders in data driven business decision making
Work in a consultative role with various departments in creating effective information and analyses in order to optimize the strategic business objectives
Proposes solutions when communicating issues
Conduct demos to internal and external stakeholders
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires at least 1 year related experience
Intermediate to advanced visualization experience
Advanced data blending / data hygiene experience
Experience with Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI
Experience with SQL
Experience working with data in depth using Alteryx and a language like Python or R for analysis is a plus
Understand business requirements very clearly then translate and use complex data sources that need to be blended and joined to deliver efficient and quality dashboards
Track record of identifying and driving insights into business results
Communicates effectively by delivering messages in a clear, compelling, and concise message
