Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Kysor/Warren and InterLink.
Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
This Channel and Training Manager is responsible for directing a team that manages the marketing strategy and financial performance of one or more products or brands.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop partner strategies to maximize channel revenue.
Define key channel initiatives and support implementation.
Collaborate with the sales team to increase business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales to build business plans for growth in the partner channels.
Develop targeted regional campaigns impacting growth.
Develop and maintain mind-share within partner accounts.
Execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue and share growth throughout different sales channels.
Develop and oversee, marketing and sales promotional programs.
Develop teaching outlines and determine best method for training.
Review and evaluate training materials, methods, best practices and design on a continuous basis to improve the effectiveness.
Communicate training plans clearly and assist with execution of plan and training needs.
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. mentoring, on-the-job training, vendors, manufacturers and professional development classes).
Identify gaps in the skills and competencies of our current training processes, and develop plan to focus on critical priorities.
Develop training plan and vision to support customer training needs.
Create materials to assist in selling process.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience in channel programs and promotions.
Requires strong cross-functional leadership abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Industry experience in refrigeration or HVAC, refrigeration, or other related industrial equipment preferred
