Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Kysor/Warren and InterLink.
Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
Under limited supervision duties include, but are not limited to:
Sales and Technical Training management
Develop teaching outlines and determine best method for training.
Review and evaluate training materials, methods, best practices and design on a continuous basis to improve the effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions covering commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment, components and systems used in refrigeration systems.
Communicate training plans clearly and assist managers with execution of plan and training needs.
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. mentoring, on-the-job training, vendors, manufacturers and professional development classes).
Identify gaps in the skills and competencies of our current training processes, and establish measures to track the progress of these skills and competencies.
Assist in implementing training processes for new hires.
Value Proposition Development
Create materials to assist selling.
Understand, validate and communicate value proposition to customers.
Develop product competitors analysis.
Execute initiatives that build channel awareness of new and existing products and drive pull through.
New Product Launch/Commercialization
Develop selling tools and technical/sales presentation to support sales team.
Develop technical comparisons with competition.
Plan and Execute webinars for customers and internal sales team.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Experience in training and mentoring.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical School / Engineering preferred.
Industry experience in refrigeration or HVAC, or other related industrial equipment preferred.
Requires strong cross-functional leadership abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
